Man cave. Girls allowed.

The perfect place for dinner out. But in.

Private Clubhouse.

The built-in bar has storage for everything you can think of and, yes, including the kitchen sink. Mahogany wood and dark slate flooring give way to a sea-worthy jute rug and pale marble table surfaces. All the feels.

Coastal family room with bar and lanai porch

Infinity Edge.

The seating seems endless from this vantage point and, indeed, spills out onto the broad lanai porch beyond massive sliding glass doors. Blankets are ever ready indoors and out for any overly rambunctious ocean breeze.

High and Low.

A collector’s print of racing sailboats by American artist LeRoy Neiman set the color palette of red, white, and blue on a generous backdrop of neutrals. It shares the wall space amiably with canvas prints sourced at a local home decor store. Nubby, woven textures soften the gleam of marble and glass and welcome friends in for a good sit. Cocktails optional.

Portal of entry.

The entryway styles a winning coastal welcome. Natural beach elements of wildflowers and grasses, a tray of abalone shells, and organically-shaped vessels are crowned with a watercolor painted by the owner’s late father. Warm welcomes are passed on from one generation to the next.
